“Hang in there” they say.

Little do they know that we’re hanging on to the edges of the wedges; we’re slowly losing our grip.

That’s what we’ve been doing, bud. Thanks.

“It’s all in your hands. You have to change your life, don’t be a lousy ass! You’re just blaming it on people and the world when you’re the one responsible for this plight.” They say. Trust me, you’re making it worse, pal.

We never asked for help, have we? Sharing our darkest fears takes balls of steel and it’s an indication of trust. When all we get in return is an unsolicited advice, no thanks, you can shove it up your ass.

Before trying to help clean our compound, you should smell the piss on your walls.

Listen. Sometimes that’s the best thing you can do.

We all have our own lives.

Is a little empathy too much to ask for??

  1. This is such a strong and powerful post. That’s true, nobody understands what people with depression go through. It’s not something that they can come out of just like that. 😐 People are so shitty, huh. Loved this post, it was much needed.

  2. Bhai, they are like that bcoz non-depressives don’t know how depression is and how it works. If they had a flu, could they end it by their own power of will? Haha.

  3. It hurts when you go through something that kills you inside but you have to act like it doesn’t affect you at all. I don’t think many people understand that how stressful it is to explain what’s going on in your head…and that time all you can do is to lie in bed and hope to fall asleep before you fall apart. And that trust part…it’s totally relatable..!!

  4. This is raw and perfect. Your best authenticity ever. There is some Hindu in you after all, but never forget the play, the perspective that the game is a game. Your winning…

      1. I am working. As an essential business I am overworked and need a vacation. Fuck!
If I had to compare my roots with yours, I’d think to appreciate the Hindu perspective over the west. Both wrong, but one of natures wisdom vs one of ultimatums. Or just enjoy the show…

          1. I’ve sold my Panama house, but COVID has delayed the closing. I would die there, but the wife is younger and still sewing her oats. I’ll be back, but when I’m ready to die
