Moments.

I set my gaze upon the lake reflecting the sunlight; a gentle breeze flew by taking the tears from my moist eyes.

That was the moment I realised I cried

And I don’t want to know why.

Happens at times! Heaviness of hidden feelings outburst at the times when they’re least bothered. Only with tears, we realise there’s something unnoticed but bothering deeply.

    Loved this!

  8. It’s really strange to accept Bharath but I’ll tell you one thing honestly, the moment I realized I was living in an illusion and the moment my heart broke I got a flashback of all that you said that everything meets an end!
I was unwilling to accept but life makes us accept everything. Here we are!

    1. I might come across as a pessimistic guy but the truth is I try to see things the way they are. We live in a fantasy world without dragons and magic.

      1. I so agree. But sometimes we just go with the flow so as to escape reality which is either way not possible. We ultimately are times confront what lies ahead.

          Reality is harsh.

Many a times there are tears for no specific reason. You might be thinking about something totally different, or you might not be thinking about anything at all… But you find tears in the eyes.. Maybe as a result of overwhelming hidden emotions or memories, which you don’t want to bring back again to the forefront. You might not remember them as well, but somewhere deep down, the mind works, and unconsciously it reminds you of things which you don’t want to acknowledge or analyse further. You shake off the thought but it somehow manages to get a reaction from you.. Be it a sly smile or those tears. Well written!
