Ideal inspiration blogger award.

Inspiration eh? When Nuhr, I mean, Noor; sorry! Nuor. Argh! Nour! Yeah Nour nominated me for their award, it felt like a joke. Tell me this is a joke! Inspiration my ass. It’s something I can never be. But thank you for this!

Nobody cares what the rules are so I’ll cut straight to the chase. (Honestly, what goes on in your mind when you ask the questions? I’m curious.)

1- What’s the best gift you’ve gotten over the years? (it doesn’t have to be a physical thing)

I don’t know what to consider here. Okay! so on my b’day last year, I was out with my friends. I needed to zone out so I walked a little further from them where a little girl sat beside me. She gave me a chocolate and wished me “happy birthday”. I asked her how she knew, she said she watched me cut the cake a few minutes ago. I couldn’t refuse because I like that chocolate. 😉

2- If Santa was actually real, by who do you think would he be funded by?

Who funds Santa? Why the hell didn’t I think of this before? Girl! You’re something else! I think he’d be sponsored by churches and charity? Or brands? Who knows? It’s a conservative and capitalist society.

3- Which fictional character do you wish was real?

God.

4- Favourite/dream outfit of yours?

Plain shirts and jeans? (Or anything that fits)

5- If I want to gift you something, what should I get (ou and when’s your bday)?

You wanna gift me? Damn! I don’t like taking gifts so you’re saved. My b’day? Feb 10.

Oh and yeah, here’s the image for the award post:

I did it, Rashmi. You’re the only one I nominate.

And Noor! Your patients miss you,

Jazak Allah khair.

  8. Bharathhhhhh! I’ve scheduled the post and now I am here to comment on yours.

God this was so much fun reading your answers.
I remember the first time I got a clear vision of you as a person was when I read one of your award post.
I was so fond of you since then.

Here once again I loved the beginning. It was interesting.
Then coming to your answers that fictional one. How do you even do that, I wonder.

That b’day thing was such a cute gesture.
Thank you for doing this Bharath.

One thing is for sure my answers won’t entertain anyone but yours as always have rocked absolutely!
I toh was confused with questions only. But still I attempted.

    See you soon!

    1. Hahaha scheduled it? When is it coming??
Well whatever can’t be seen or felt in real life is fictional, isn’t it?
That girl was a cutie pie. Even my friends didn’t give me chocolate. She did.
You make people feel what you’re saying through your words, Rashmi, something I’m not capable of. I envy you.

    Congrats!! And you ARE inspirational.
About question 2…Great answer! But, Churches and Charity did not fund Santa. Saint Nicholas (Santa Claus or Father Christmas or Sinter klass) had wealthy parents who died when he was 9. He was put in the care of the priests of a local church (There were 5 priests-and they were poor). He stayed at the inn where he’d lived with his parents. The priests had papers which allowed them to spend the money (as they saw fit) Nicholas inherited. There was one priest in particular-Philip-who Nicholas (Fun fact-There were no nick names during that time. So, Saint Nicholas was never called Nick or sumn else) was close to. His life stayed the same for a few years but as he grew older, he realized he could not enjoy his good food and clothes when his neighbors had to wear rags and could only manage one meal a day. He was willing to give away his stuff but that too had problems. Adults would feel ashamed of accepting charity from a child. Then, one day, he heard that Shem, a wealthy man who recently lost his money, needed money so that he could get his daughters married. Nicholas had a bag of silver coins under his bedding and he thought of this a perfect opportunity. He had enough money to give to each daughter. Later that night, he took his ladder and climbed into their room. He saw Shem’s daughters’ stockings hanging by the fireplace. he left coins in each one of them so that when they woke up, they would find those. And, the story continues. This is how the adventures of gift-giving began. People of Patara (A Lycian town where he lived) started to call this man the mysterious gift giver. Although, it wasn’t until MANY years that they got to know who he really was. He later had companions. And they EARNED money, they didn’t GET it from charity.(His parents’ money had to finish some day) Shall I continue with the story? I guess you’re tired but there’s a LOT more to it. The part where he meets Felix (His first companion) and Layla (Mrs.Claus) is more of an interesting part!
