I don’t know

How do you know someone? What do you say to that? We tend to explain under what circumstances we met and what led us here. Does that mean we know them?? We recognise people based on their traits and interactions. That’s getting acquainted but do we know them? If we don’t, how do we know? If we think we do, what part of it is true?

We don’t them and maybe we don’t especially know ourselves!

Knowing someone is like asserting how well we know ourselves. But knowing someone really, is it even a question?
Some parts we think we can but it is just their recurring ways of reacting to situations which is also relative. That is why meeting them after ages we say they have changed or some do not. Every experience vary uniquely from individual and its kind of impossible to know someone without experiencing the way they experienced or felt at a certain point in time.

    1. It’s not even ourselves. I don’t think we know ourselves either because how we think we react will change when situations are dire or extreme. It’s the situations and circumstances that encourage reactions.
      Your explanation is legit.

  9. This is a brain twister for sure Bharath!!!! We can never know for sure but i choose not to let that get in the way of what my senses tell me about a person intuitively. I may forget everything about my BFF’s history of where they came from etc but I know their soul or i think I do.. Ok, i better go because my answer is getting longer than your post.. lol 🤣 Oh what do i know IDK ❤️

    1. Isn’t soul hypothetical? Or it’s just the energy that runs our system? Or is it the mind? Don’t you think everybody hides a part of themselves?

    1. That’s true even if you don’t allow because we can never be ourselves with anyone except ourselves. But I doubt that too.

Knowing people is not possible I guess. We all have parts in us that we hide from others. Everyone is acquaintance, some just good or better acquainted.😊😊

“That’s getting acquainted but do we know them? If we don’t, how do we know? If we think we do, what part of it is true?” That’s true and I often do wonder about it🙃🙃

    1. That’s why different people perceive us in different ways. We’re good to some, assholes to other and insignificant to most. That’s what behaviour is, right? It changes depending on who you’re with.
